Sarah Leigh Walton – Happydesigner – Illustrator
Sarah is a happy, positive and well-driven person, with a big love of the 60s! Sarah loves music, and a pot of yoghurt raisins on the go. Sarah has been in business for nearly 2 decades and Happydesigner is her passion. Work isn’t a chore for Sarah; it’s her driving force. When she’s not illustrating (which she finds hard NOT to do) you can find Sarah sitting in her armchair needle felting crazy little characters. Or she might be out enjoying the views on a nice walk.
Dogga – The Original Inspiration
Though Dogga has trotted over the rainbow bridge, his spirit still runs joyfully through every page. A loyal Jack Russell with a wise heart, Dogga taught Pascale that love never leaves – it simply changes form. Though his paws no longer patter beside her, his memory continues to guide each story with gentle courage and joy. His pawprints remind us that love, once shared, becomes part of who we are – shaping every kindness, every laugh, and every story yet to come.
Doodles – The Cuddle Seeking Heart of Mischief
A fiery little dynamo with a heart as big as her personality, Doodles is a spirited Parsons who treats “rules” as optional challenges. She lives life at full zoom – leaping, spinning, and daring you to catch her. Muddy puddles are her playground, and she has an uncanny knack for finding (and rolling in) anything wonderfully stinky. Yet beneath that mischievous sparkle lies a cuddle connoisseur who melts into your arms when the day winds down. Once she’s snuggled in, tail still twitching with dreams of tomorrow’s escapades, all is right in her delightfully chaotic world.
Poot – The Gentle Thinker
A wise blend of Poodle and Scotty, Poot is calm, thoughtful, and endlessly intuitive – the quiet philosopher of the pack. She always seems to know when a soft nuzzle or a steady gaze is needed most. But don’t be fooled by her serenity – give her a ball to chase, and she’ll pick up speed like a Ferrari, ears flying and joy in full throttle.
