2. Ordering
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
This confirms that we’ve received your order – it does not mean we’ve accepted it yet.
Your order becomes binding once we dispatch your items.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
An item is out of stock or unavailable.
There’s an error in the price or description.
We have reason to believe the order may be fraudulent.
If your order is cancelled, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
3. Prices and payment
All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT (where applicable).
Payment is taken securely at checkout using our trusted payment providers.
We do not store your payment card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery information, costs, and times are explained in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
We use Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK.
While we always aim to dispatch promptly, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We’re not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (such as postal strikes or extreme weather).
5. Returns and refunds
If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.

6. Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
